Excellent family run small personal hotel
Our quad room was immaculate—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Every detail reflected the care and pride the owners take in the hotel.
Breakfast was outstanding: generous, freshly prepared, and absolutely delicious, providing the perfect start to the day.
The location is ideal, just a short walk from the main street, making it easy to explore the town. What really set this stay apart, however, was Bianco’s kindness. He personally drove us to the castle and later to the bus station, a level of service that went far beyond our expectations.
If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay with impeccable service, spotless accommodation, and genuinely caring hosts, I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We would happily stay here again.

Highly recommend as a Base to explore Berat - friendly family, tasty food, beautiful gardens and exceptional value!
It's family run, with mum and son.
The rooms are basic but perfect for a base for exploring the local area.
The family were so friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious.
The hotel is right on the road as you go into Berat, and they have a lovely green garden and seating to enjoy your morning coffee (which is also very delicious!)

The best place in Berat.
The place is very clean and quiet..Small sweet Haus made by wood.like you are in fairy tales.the staff was very polite and respectful.
100 Worth it. Beautiful garden.
