Comfortable summer family trip to the sea
This apart hotel is located between Durres & Golem 200 m from the beach. There’s a roof-top restaurant on the 9th floor offering a good choice of tasty dishes, food & beverages, as well as good service & beautiful sunsets (we especially liked sea food and are thankful to the guy who spoke Ukrainian to us:)). The rooms are spacious with all conveniences. The towels are changed daily, the bed linen - every 4 days. The lifts are working, there’s a cooler with water downstairs. We rented 2-rooms apartment with little kitchen. Its windows faced the mountain, but it was a bit noisy because of the busy road beneath. There weren’t enough kitchen utilities & the fan above the oven didn’t work, but otherwise we enjoyed our family vacation, also using discount for the nearby hotel’s pool & beach.

The Hotel is right on a major road. When you sit with your balcony on that side is terrible. On a bistro set you sit with your knees almost against the railing and it vibrates because of the passing noise. Suitcases not unpacked straight back to reception. After some talking back and forth other room this was very spacious but was flawed. Anyway, taken it anyway. The breakfast was reasonable for us just adequate but the choice is not huge and every morning the same. What bothered us most at breakfast was that we had to pay for the 2nd cup of coffee. We very modest eaters and others are just going to get 2 or 3 x full plate that is possible, strange never experienced anything like that. The staff is friendly without further ado. But the hotel is what it is, simple in everything.

Couldn’t recommend enough!
Amazing experience from start to finish. The hospitality was top tier and everyone was so accommodating. The views were absolutely breathtaking, amenities and atmosphere were exactly what we were looking for. If you’re visiting Durres this place is a must modern luxury at its finest. Huge thanks to Ledi for the incredible hospitality, we’ll definitely be coming back again. Couldn’t recommend it enough! Pictures don’t do it justice its better in person! We will be back!
After seven nights at this apartment hotel, we are very satisfied. The minor issues we encountered upon arrival (a lightbulb, a clothes hanger, and a missing kettle) were fixed as soon as possible once we pointed them out.
Ledi, who runs the place, is incredibly helpful and assists immediately when needed. A major plus is that he speaks great English and has a very pleasant manner. He responds to messages instantly and always takes the time to stop and chat when he’s on-site (which he almost always is).
The studio is wonderful—tastefully decorated with a fantastic ocean view. The cleaners did a great job, and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is excellent and is served on the top floor with a stunning view of the sea.
Even before leaving, we were already thinking about when we might return. Both breakfast and dinner are delicious and come highly recommended!
