Perfect Location & Friendly Staff
Great hotel! The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, the beach is clean and close by. The rooms are tidy and regularly cleaned. Excellent value for money – highly recommended!

⭐ 1/5 – Definitely not recommended
Hotel Besani was a huge disappointment – the photos and description have nothing to do with reality. The property is clearly past its prime.
The room and bathroom were dirty (black mold), and when taking a shower the water flooded the entire bathroom floor. There were power outages, and at the same time no running water. Not even basic bottled water was provided in the room. Housekeeping was very poor.
The pool area was in terrible condition – dirty and damaged sunbeds, no trees like in the photos, and instead an open entrance from a public walkway. There were also a lot of wasps around the pool. No animations or activities at all.
The beach and the sea were dirty, and there was no hotel service despite what is advertised.
Food was very repetitive and low quality. The staff was unprofessional – even a simple espresso was not prepared correctly. There were also absurd bar rules (e.g. not allowed to take two drinks at once).
Overall: the all-inclusive standard is a joke, and the hotel is misleading guests. I do not recommend it and would never come back.

Don't stay here
Okay room and breakfast, but staff is not welcoming and at times rude. It feels a bit like you're a nuisance to them. Find a better hotel -there are lots at the same price.

We arrived at night, was greeted by a nice taxi driver who transported us to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a nice older guy but it was the only thing that was nice too. We got a room that lay wall-to-wall with the elevator, the room was extremely listening, the bed was so disloyal that we were worried that it would rage while we slept, the toilet was loose lid on the cistern etc. When it comes to breakfast this was also disappointing. We checked out before check-out which was at 10:00 but still had to pay for 2 days. This hotel should not have 4 stars

Not recommending
All inclusive but had to eat in restaurants basically for every dinner. For breakfast they give you quite dry bread, fried eggs and what seemed it was old sausages and that was every single day. Lunch was mostly really dry chicken and stuff that we couldn’t even recognize because they never wrote down what kind of food is it. They did serve some noodles but it was a lottery if it’s good or not. Dinners were always quite bad, dry meat (pork or chicken) and either rice or again, stuff that we didn’t recognize but they did serve noodles which was the same as during lunch.
In inclusive bar was basically beer, wine and strong liquors. No cocktails for some reason unless you ask nicely then they will make brandy with cola (which was awful)
Room was quite good but shower leaks so needed 2 towels so it wouldn’t flood. In our room, air conditioning was positioned awfully since air always went right to our bodies while sleeping. Couldn’t sleep without it but with it had to keep waking up since it was too cold. Also they do not give you any glasses in your rooms which seems like a bare minimum.
Private beach is absolutely not private. Basically if you want to get a sun-bed you have to get up really early otherwise locals are taking them all. Sand was full of trash it didn’t look like it was cleaned properly.
It definitely doesn’t deserve 4 stars rating, we recommend choosing different hotel.
