I travel a lot to hotels, and odisse is for sure one of the best hotel manager's i've met.
All the staff are also very nice and helpful.
Jako is a very good hotel , clean with an amazing view from the pool roof.

First class hotel and people

Excellent, big, confortabke room with a contemporary aesthetic. Great location, and fantastic facilities. The staff are truly wonderful and couldn't do enough for you, even organising a birthday cake and decorations for my wife! I cannot recommend more highly. Albania is a great country, wonderful people and a great place to visit. This hotel is the perfect blend of all that is good about Albania and its people.

Me and my fiancé stayed at Jako Premium for 5 nights in july. We booked a "triple room bubble pool" and we loved it! We got engaged a few days before our visit and I had my birthday while staying here and the staff helped my fiancé arrange for some decor in our room before our arrival. Everything was 10/10 with our stay here - our room, the hotel and the staff. I do not know if this was mentioned in the information about the room but we had a big balcony that we really enjoyed. We had everything we wanted close to the hotel. I have travelled alot and this is definitely one of my best hotel experiences overall. Would recommend everyone to stay here when visiting Saranda :).

Wonderful hotel and staff

I stayed here with friends and absolutely loved the hotel. The room was really spacious and clean. Hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful answering any questions as this was our first time in Albania they recommended things to do and places to go in the evening. The breakfast was really nice. It was a small selection but enough to start you off for the day. We used the pool once it’s on the rooftop medium sized. Given its location and the size of the hotel the pool area is fine for what it is. You are right next to the beach so you can go down to the beach instead and there are lots of beach clubs around so you’re more likely to attend the beach club, then stay at the hotel and use the pool facilities. We did use the hotel spa on the last day they have a Jacuzzi and sauna. It was really nice. Odyssey was on the desk most of our staff and fantastic so friendly and helpful!
My only issue with this hotel was that it was up a very steep Path it looked like they were due to build some steps so you could come down the slope more easily but coming out for the hotel wearing heels was very difficult. It was only a short walk but it wasn’t something I was aware of when we booked otherwise I probably would’ve looked at another hotel. If you have any kind of accessibility issues this will be an issue. There’s lots of construction work going on in the area and at two neighbouring properties so I imagine when these are completed they may address the accessibility issue but the hotel is on a slight hill so there will always be some slope but they can definitely do something about the access and putting a proper stair in place or something.
