Memories made & the BEST host xx

The place was perfect - exceeded our expectations, as first timers in Albania. The beds were comfy, there was more than enough space for what we needed. The pool was clean and spacious with plenty of sun loungers and tons of sunlight along with great sunsets.
As for the hospitality, this place is built on trust and exceptional customer service. Klisman thank you, for your care and consideration (especially when I lost my passport, there seem to be fewer and fewer people like you around - despite things going wrong you always handle it with such positivity.
It has been more than a pleasure to meet you and be in your company. We wish you all the best for you and we look forward to next year when we see you again. Thank you for such special memories
P.s we all wish we could have a do over (minus losing the passport part).

Avoid

Not as advertised. Nowhere near a beach , let alone a private one . No cleaner , dirty pool , weird atmosphere between the only 2 staff members. Tv / WiFi didn’t work . Nails hanging out of decking .

A horrible experience

It has been horrible, the air conditioning did not work and the room was in an unbearable heat, neither did the TV, after 3 hours and that nothing was solved we had to go to find another hotel and they have not wanted to return the money we paid. A real scam

I booked for 5 days and it was the worst condition inside the room :
1- We face problem with hot water for days
2- We stay for 5 days without AC
3- The room wasn’t cleaned very good
4- In one villa there was only one outlet

Perfect weekend!!!

We loved our stay in Hildon. The place is cosy, quiet and stylish. Rooms are spacey and clean. The hotel manager Musa is super helpful and nice. Thank you for this wonderful time!!!! The beach facilities are incl in price and their private beach is centrally located and well maintained
