Nice hotel with very friendly manager.

This hotel is definitely recommended. Excellent modern and luxurious room. The manager Alexander is also extremely friendly and can arrange almost everything for you. There's really nothing I could mention as negative. Well. There is no elevator, which makes this hotel not accessible to wheelchair users. The hotel is located near the old center of the city but in the modern center. In short, get a room here for a decent price.

Disappointing

When we arrived we were not exactly welcomed, we are better used to that in Albania.
We booked a spacious room (30m2) for 3 nights via booking. Upon arrival, the room, including bathroom, appeared to be about 15 m2.
No bedside lights, hardly room to open the suitcases.
When we asked about this, the shoulders were shrugged. Then it was said that we would get a bigger room the next day.
However, this did not happen.
According to the booking site it was possible to pay with Visa but the first evening the lady wanted us to pay in cash and then receive the receipt on departure.
In the end, after insisting, we did have a proof of payment.
They wanted to serve breakfast at 8 a.m., we wanted 9 a.m. There was a breakfast ready on the table and we could pour cold coffee ourselves, tea was not an option.
The Third party morning breakfast consisted of 2 cold, fried eggs, a piece of sheep cheese and a slice of cake.

Refused me breakfast included in the rate

Booking site had breakfast included in the price. Receptionist called the owner who refused me the included breakfast and called me a liar even though I showed them the rate with breakfast included.
I left and will not recommend to anyone. If you want people to pay extra for breakfast don’t include it in the rate!

Belle chambre.

Belle chambre propre et assez grande.
Belle terrasse assez grande avec une table.
Belle salle de bain moderne et propre avec Belle cabine de douche.
Bon acceuil.
Le point faible est le petit dejeuner plutôt léger et servis seulement à partir de 8h00
