Very beautiful hotel on the heights of Gjirokaster.

A car or taxi is essential to reach this hotel located on the heights of the city. Courteous reception, but nothing more. We arrived 8 minutes before check-in time and had to wait 15 minutes. The receptionist insisted that we pay in cash; we refused and paid by card instead. The hotel is beautiful, and especially the view is magnificent! The pool is very nice but not heated. The breakfast is simply exceptional!!! A delight!!!

Beautiful views of Gjirokaster.

We loved the facilities and views from Kerculla. The waiting staff were very friendly. We ate at the hotel one night. The food was fabulous and the views,
as the moon rose, were spectacular.
Our only complaint, hence the 4 stars, is we were not shown how to use the room controls, therefore we didn’t realise you had to press a button for service or know how to use the lights in the bathroom. We were also next to a building renovation which meant our balcony wasn’t the most pleasant place to sit and not very private.
However this didn’t spoil our stay overall at this lovely hotel.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! It looks nice from the outside, but in reality, the bed is broken, the room is never cleaned, the safe and air conditioning are out of order, and above all, it's incredibly noisy. It's the town hall's function room, with weddings going on until the middle of the night and guests dancing right above your room. Shameful!

A marvelous hotel

This is a marvelous hotel both for its setting and facilities.
This property provides one of the greatest vistas in the world.
Our suite was luxurious and the staff marvelous in every respect. They are warm, welcoming, and most professional.
The meals were delicious both at breakfast and dinner.
I,loved the swimming pool and other amenities.
Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
