Πραγματικά πολύ ήσυχο και πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό πρόθυμοι να σε βοηθήσουν, είχα πάει για το φεστιβάλ Kizal που γίνεται κάθε χρόνο και θα πάω και φέτος και ανυπομονώ πως και πως να πάω!!

Take the lifeguard's whistle and start the descent at the traffic light.

They built a small water park where from 10 am until late afternoon a lifeguard blows his whistle at intervals of about 10 seconds, very unpleasant for guests and the surrounding area.

Disappointing All Inclusive experience

I paid for the All Inclusive package, but several of the facilities included in the price were out of service without any prior notice or explanation, such as the indoor swimming pool and the salt room.
The food was also disappointing. Most meals were almost identical every day, giving the impression that leftovers from the previous night were being served again.
The included drinks were of very poor quality. They tasted as if they were made with water and powdered juice, and they were rarely served cold.
As for cleanliness, the staff did their best to keep the hotel clean, but due to the large number of guests, maintaining cleanliness was clearly a challenge.
Overall, my experience did not meet the expectations I had for an All Inclusive stay, and I don’t believe I will visit this hotel again.

Definitely not 5 star.

Stayed as part of an event. Wanted to extend our stay an extra night but resort wanted to charge far more than we had been paying already, just to stay in our existing rooms. Or, alternatively, to share rooms to keep the cost down. So we moved out and found a much better deal at a hotel close by. Restaurant good, but food became lukewarm quite quickly. Rooms variable with almost all in our party having a problem of some sort (too long to list individually). Mostly minor, though one of our party was moved to another room.
