Disappointment

The hotel itself is fine. The rooms are tidy, the bed is big and is good. Shower is great. Staff friendly and helpful. Free parking (but crowded and small spots).
But: there are also some obvious downsides: the location is in a very busy street. Lots of noise from traffic. Breakfast is meagre sorted. We thought it was meagre. Fried egg and sticky bread. Sweet cake and a banana. Coffee was undrinkable. Breakfast is served on a shared balcony on the street side. That sounds nice but is far from it. You are literally sitting above the stinking traffic that crawls and honks below you. You don't understand your own voice anymore.
This hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Luxurious and beautiful hotel

The hotel is extremely new, modern and quite luxurious. Exactly as pictures, it was much better than expected with its comfy bed and clean bathrooms. It’s very quiet even though based right by the main street. The location is great very in the city centre, 3min walking from the beach and nightlife, and about 30min by car from Ksamil and other famous beaches. Parking is free with designated space for guests only. The lady from reception as well as the staff from the breakfast were super lovely and friendly, always with a smile on their faces and ready to help. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, we loved our stay

Central but not great

The structure cannot be considered a hotel as it does not have a reception , staff present 24 hours a day, services such as breakfast inside the structure but need to go outside with very inflexible hours ... With the same price you find hotels with more comfortable pool. It was not possible to make a printout of our tickets because the printer was broken, the lady was kind but did not speak Italian at all. Empty bar fridge, towels not changed day to day, overall service not 4 stars but excellent rent rooms. Convenient location

Position Ok

Optimal location, spacious room, nicely decorated , good cleaning.
Good breakfast served by the local nearby.
The only flaw is the reception with special opening hours not always the same, most days open after 8 am and closed before 21 pm.
The rude owner.
