Perfect base for our short trip
This hotel was absolutely perfect for us and although we don't spend loads of time there as we were busy exploring, you could easily have an amazing holiday here and barely leave the hotel.
The location couldn't have been better, right on the sea front. The pool area was beautiful, as was the bar / restaurant, as well as the interior of the hotel.
Our room was huge, and clean with the most perfect balcony and view.
The staff were some of the friendliest we have ever experienced and couldn't do enough for you. They don't offer room service, but one evening when my friend was sick, they brought food up for us from the restaurant. This was our first experience of Albanian hospitality and they were simply brilliant.
The one very minor downside was the carpet and decor in the room was a bit dated, but honestly for us it didnt matter as it was so clean and was just a base.
10/10 from us- no complaints! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location is excellent, right next to the beach and shopping street, and having parking directly outside the hotel was very convenient. The breakfast was good, and the drinks were also excellent.
The only downsides were the pool, which was a little cloudy, and the pool area, which filled up very quickly and could feel crowded.
The hotel bar is a little on the expensive side, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the beautiful view, great location and stylish design.

3/5 for the hotel. 5/5 for Albania as a visit.
Room was amazing and the views were incredible. Jacuzzi was a nice feature to cool off and relax after some busy days sight seeing.
Pool was nice, bit too much salt though which irritated eyes
Cleaning of the room was good.
Location was good, short walk from the main promenade and restaurants.

The breakfast - unfortunately the cooked elements were lukewarm/cold every day. This included bacon, fried eggs, and sausage, and omelette. Having raised concerns on the second day, nothing was done. I for one like my food to be hot when served, just like you would any restaurant. You wouldn’t pay for cold food.
Unfortunately trying to explain this to the staff was hard work. I didn’t understand why other guests were not bothered about this. As for us it was real issue.
The staff were often seen sat around in plain sight smoking and on their phones. Which I found unprofessional. The customer service was a lot to be desired and really needs to be better to cater for all paying customer needs. Which are unfortunately not listened too.
