⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable stay at Kaonia Hotel

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kaonia Hotel in Sarandë and can only give our highest recommendations! The hotel is perfectly located, the rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, and the service was outstanding from start to finish.
A very special thanks goes to Enea Sotiri, who provided us with truly exceptional service throughout our stay. He took the time to give us valuable information about the city, helped us with bus schedules, and recommended fantastic attractions in the area around Sarandë. On our departure day, he went above and beyond by assisting us in getting safely to the ferry even in stormy weather, which made a huge difference for us.
Kaonia Hotel is definitely a place we would love to return to. The combination of warm hospitality, excellent service, a great location, and the beauty of Albania makes it the perfect choice for anyone seeking a memorable experience.
We can only recommend both the hotel and a visit to beautiful Albania!

Very nice and affordable!

Very nice hotel with perfect location on the promenade and the public open beach. The hotel was very nice and helpful. Fresh room, with modern standard of bathroom. Choose sea views, so worth the extra pennies to secure the view from the balcony. Possibly avoid rooms in that direction if you have difficulty with crowds outside. We didn't have any pain from it and thought it was fine to sleep through the nights.
Strong recommendation if you want to try and experience Saranda! Many restaurants with good food in the surrounding area, as well as nice cocktail and drink bar.

Simple, straightforward, good

Inprocedere: simple, nice, accommodating.
Chef inspected the room himself before moving in! Super clean, everything there. The additional fee for the sea view pays off. Holiday resort activity until after midnight does not disturb.
Breakfast expandable!!!
The eggs were loveless and cold, otherwise small but fine. Ask the staff! (café!)
The boss makes parking possible.
I liked it a lot, I am back on site, I would love to come back!

The hotel

Good and central location, friendly staff, clean and nice. Great view! Stayed in room 34.
Good breakfast. Good with room for luggage in the room. Spacious closet.
Good beds. Bra A/C.
Short distance to all of the restaurants, boat trips and beach clubs.

Very pleased

Family on with parents and 3 young people aged 13 and 18. Had 3 rooms. Very pleased with the rooms, cleanliness, breakfast and service. The location was very well suited for us and we liked the beach well (unmet, delicious stone sand and clear water, proximity to other tourists, without music)
