The hotel definitely has its good sides, but unfortunately there are also several issues that had a noticeable negative impact on our stay.
Rooms & Bathroom:
The rooms are nice, clean, and the bed is honestly incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning in the room also works very well.
What we really cannot understand, however, is the design of the bathroom. The toilet is basically located directly inside the shower area, without a proper partition or shower screen. After taking a shower, almost the entire bathroom floor gets wet – including the toilet. So if you need to use the toilet afterwards, you basically have to sit on a soaking wet toilet. For us, this design is completely impractical and difficult to understand.
Service:
The staff are generally friendly, but unfortunately, that is about it. The tables were often dirty, and the service staff frequently seemed overwhelmed or unable to keep up. During meals, hardly anyone asked whether everything was okay or if we needed anything else. In our opinion, the service lacks attention and organization.
All Inclusive:
This was honestly one of the most disappointing parts for us. If I book “All Inclusive,” I expect the experience to actually reflect that.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included, but the selection of included drinks is very limited. There is water, local cola/Fanta, and some extremely sweet juices, whose containers sometimes remain full throughout the entire day – probably for a reason.
Cocktails and better-tasting coffee from the bar cost extra. This is very different from what we have experienced at other all-inclusive hotels. We have stayed at several all-inclusive resorts before, and drinks like these were simply part of the package. Here, “All Inclusive” feels more like full board with a small selection of complimentary drinks.
Air Conditioning:
The air conditioning inside the room works perfectly, and we had no problems with it.
Outside the rooms, however, it is a different story. The hallways, staircases, and even the elevators often felt very hot and stuffy. The lobby was the only area that felt comfortably air-conditioned – and even there, only at certain times. In the evening, even during the middle of summer, it sometimes seemed as though the air conditioning was turned down or reduced.
For a hotel operating during the hot summer months, we believe the common areas should be properly air-conditioned as well.
Food & Breakfast Hours:
The food is okay overall, although the selection is not particularly large.
Another thing that bothered us was the lack of labels. At the salad bar, for example, it sometimes felt like playing the lottery trying to figure out what exactly we were eating. Only some of the main dishes on the few buffet trays were labeled, while many salads, sauces, and other items had no description at all.
Especially considering allergies and food intolerances, guests should be able to clearly identify what they are eating.
Another major downside is that breakfast already ends at 9:30 AM, which we find far too early for a vacation hotel. When you are on holiday, you should be able to sleep a little longer without constantly checking the time because you might miss a breakfast that you have already paid for. In our opinion, breakfast should be available until at least 10:00 or 10:30 AM.
Beach & Location:
The location of the hotel is definitely one of its strengths. There is plenty going on in the surrounding area, and the streets nearby are lively. The direct access to the beach is also a big advantage.
Unfortunately, the beach and the water were sometimes quite dirty and littered with trash. Of course, we understand that the hotel cannot control what people throw into the sea or leave on the beach. However, we believe that more staff could be assigned to regularly clean and maintain at least the section of the beach belonging to the hotel.
Conclusion:
The hotel definitely has potential: the rooms are clean and attractive, the bed is exceptionally comfortable, the location is very good, and the staff are friendly.
However, for us there are simply too many avoidable weaknesses – particularly the bathroom design, the level of service, and what is offered under the “All Inclusive” package.
If your priorities are a clean room, a very comfortable bed, direct beach access, and a lively location, you may be perfectly happy here. But if you are expecting a classic all-inclusive experience with attentive service, a good variety of food and drinks, and most beverages actually included in the price, you may be disappointed.

Position is great
The food was good, but unfortunately the experience was spoiled by the pricing. Please check the menu prices carefully and compare them with the final bill, because the prices on our receipt were different from those shown in the menu. We were also given different menus with different prices. This is confusing and unacceptable. The restaurant should be more transparent and consistent with its pricing.

bad servis . bad food . high price
so bad when you go you need to pleas people to take your order and actually none was here wating to eat. After you oreder they dont bring what you did oreder the bread is burnet and you need to wait more than 35min for one burger ore somthing simple . The waiter look at you like you did somthing to them actually so bad servis . I will never go ther again . one of the reason why turists frome kosovo dont go in albania for waction again .

RADICAL TRAINING AND REORGANISATION
I made an Advance Reservation for September 14th for a night as a couple.
I have communicated a preference for the top floor, as it has panorama.
Upon arrival at reception.titular and reception with an indifferent attitude and not at all hospitable, they asked me for document and we concluded the formalities, for the chekin.
they hand me the magnetic card for access., I head in the elevator to go to the room, when I open the room,, what to expect,, the double bed without a sheet and the duvet rolled over the bed and the bodies dirty mattress,, the single bed, useless for a couple was creased with obvious signs that someone had slept on it.
We go to the reception claiming what happened, and after some comings and goings of the bold owner told us that at any moment we are preparing a new ca,era ..
the;furniture and comfort are average hotels nothing to discuss.
The beauty comes at the buffet, where the waitresses girls ran around the tables with an intolerant air setting and clearing with a pout, without any tone of cordiality'.
Nothing to complain about the buffet. which offered a varied choice of hearty menus.
I would also like to add the quarrel with the waiter at the bar who did not want to change my coffee which had flaked from the counter to the table, since the cup was very cold, so a weekend at all relaxing,
I WOULD SUGGEST TO THE FACILITY THAT THEY SHOULD GIVE SERIOUS CONSIDERATION TO THE TRAINING OF THEIR STAFF,!

Shame on you
If they have found a guest that will pay, maybe 10eur more, when you arrive at the reception desk at 12:55h, with your family (eldery people and children) they will say your confirmed reservation is cancelled.
Without any regret, shame or blink of the eye. That's the level of dignity of the front desk staff.
