Absolutely Horrible & Disgusting Experience

An extremely disappointing experience with absolutely no sense of humanity.
During our stay at the hotel, my child became sick during the night and vomited, accidentally soiling two towels. From the evening until the moment of check-out, my child had a fever of over 40°C (104°F), and we were extremely concerned about their condition.
Instead of showing understanding and compassion towards a family with a very sick child, the staff focused solely on the fact that two towels had been soiled and told us that we had caused “material damage.” They even would not let us leave without discussing the issue.
If there was a need to charge us for the damage, that could have been discussed normally and respectfully. But the way they treated us at a moment when our child had a fever of over 40°C was what shocked us the most.
Two towels can be replaced. A child’s health and well-being cannot.
From a hotel, we expect at least a basic level of understanding and humanity in a situation like this. Unfortunately, that was exactly what we did not receive here.
An experience we will not forget, and a hotel we personally would never return to.

Scammer and bad service

My Family and I wanted to go out and watch the football finale. We ordered 3 drinks and had to pay 10€. They did not return us the change and rounded up the bill on 10€. The waiter did not even clean our table and was not even friendly.

Take another hotel

Stayed five nights at the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel it turned out that the staff had removed my reservation as they did not think (?) that we would show up. According to the staff they had written to me on Whatsapp the day before to confirm our arrival but they had written to a different number. They blamed me completely as they felt I needed to confirm my arrival at the hotel even though I had a confirmed booking. It turned out that the two rooms we had booked they had left to other guests. I've never had anything like this.
Instead of trying to make amends for their mistake, they treated us with arrogance and blamed us for not having contacted us a day before arrival. My family and the other family we traveled with had to share a suite in the end. This follows a heated discussion with the extremely unpleasant manager and his extremely unpleasant wife.
If it wasn't for the fact that we had four tired toddlers with us, I would never have tried to find a solution to a problem they created. Had I been without toddlers, I would not have set foot inside the front door and not spent a single euro after the unpleasant welcome.
Put your money in another hotel. The breakfast and dinner were the same every day and if you were not there at opening you risked being without certain dishes.
One of the maids apparently felt compelled to tell one of our party not to use the hotel lounge toilets in the middle of the day. Unclear why but we were directed with a very unpleasant tone to instead use the toilet in our room. She seemed to be dissatisfied at work.

Very disappointing stay

We are very dissatisfied with this hotel. The staff at the reception was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. The treatment of the guests, even with children, was disrespectful and completely inappropriate. You can tell that they are overwhelmed and poorly organized. Our experience was very disappointing – we definitely cannot recommend this hotel.

Arrogance Over Hospitality

Hotel Ermiri - where the owner's car matters more than the guest.
I booked a hotel with paid parking, but upon arrival there were no available spaces. The hotel staff instructed me where to park and assured me everything was fine. I informed reception several times about the situation, yet the next day I was blamed because one of the blocked cars belonged to the owner.
What disappointed me even more was the attitude of the staff. Instead of taking responsibility for their own instructions, they were arrogant and treated me as if the problem was my fault.
The same lack of communication appeared elsewhere as well. Reception informed me that I could continue using the beach loungers after checkout free of charge, only for another staff member to later ask me for additional payment.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. Poor organization, poor communication, arrogant customer service, and the feeling that guests come second to the owner's interests!
