Welcoming hotel

I love this hotel, I have been comim from it opened several years ago. The staff are welcoming, friendly and go out of their way to meet you needs. It's lovely to see familys enjoying the pool amd restaurant with pit the drama you would normally get in mainland Europe. No sunbed wars, plenty for everyone. No nasty Brits screaming in a drunken mess. I love Albania for this reason. The hotel is close to local town amd transport is cheap amd easy enough to get via hotel. The scenery of the mountain is outstanding and its so peaceful at night. Great night sleep all round. We look forward to next year.

Disastrous!

Nice hotel on paper but once there a disaster! Many inconveniences!
4h delay for Check in. Once arrived in the room: no tv, sheets still wet, electric cables visible in the bathroom, card detector for the non-functional door and air conditioning out.
We ask to change rooms.... The bed base was broken!!!!!!!!! INADMISSIBLE!!!!! We report it in the morning and returning in the evening (10h later) always a broken bed! We had to fight to have a repair!!
Very minimalist breakfast.
Pool open to the public so many people.
Conclusion FLEE!

I was frustrated at a hotel.

A very bad feeling, a room like a warehouse/hostel room. A small room without any minimal aid, the shower without any shelf to put soap or bath painting. No closet or stove A room is completely empty. I showered with cold water. If you want a cappuccino for breakfast you have to pay. With all the desire for good service you can't give what you don't have

Great hotel

It is the second time we have been to this hotel, last year in august and this year in june. We like it very much, large beautiful rooms, very nice big pool, friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is very good. We would certainly recommend it.

Fabulous swimming pool and a modern spacious room

We stayed at the hotel for a night only, however, would have loved to prolong it by at least one/two days. The main reason is their fabulous huge swimming pool which we had for ourselves in the early morning hours or later in the evening though it was a weekend. The sunbeds around the pool are very comfy. The hotel provides bathrobes which we used to get to the pool. We spent much more time by the pool than we had planned and had a nice rest.
The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped us decide on the sights in the neighbourhood.
Our room was super large, 40 m2, the pool side which was fantastic. An extra-large bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet at night. The bathroom was also big, with a nice shower.
The hotel offers free parking in front of the hotel. The currency exchange (Western Union) is a minute from the hotel. We loved the interior of the hotel (see my photo).
The hotel has a good choice of local wines. The breakfast was tasty and the coffee was soooo strong.
Would love to return.No wonder if next time Havana will already be a 5 star hotel.
