Location Top, room flop
Location excellent, right on the lake, fantastic!! Unfortunately, the room reservation only works to a limited extent, we paid for a room with balcony with a view. We didn't get either.
There is actually only 1 good room - Zimmerr 103.
The food in the restaurant is very good.

An enchanting place, service to be completely reviewed
I'll start with the strengths. The hotel has absolutely enormous potential: it is located on the edge of the magnificent Shkoder Lake, at the end of a road lost in nature, several kilometers from the houses, right on the water, with a small pebble beach private room just below the bar and restaurant. Private parking. The facility is brand new, the room we had (n°101) was well appointed, of a reasonable size, clean, in perfect condition, with a small balcony (but without a view, overlooking the common areas). Like all the rooms, it had a parasol and reserved deckchairs on the small equipped beach. The terrace of the bar and restaurant is particularly pleasant, shaded with a view of the lake. In total, very solid value for money for 80 euros, breakfast not included. I can therefore strongly recommend this hotel, especially if the service "failures" (see below) are corrected in the future. And even if they aren't, it's still a good deal, provided you know what to expect: an enchanting, quiet place, but with Spartan service. The restaurant is quite decent, as is the bar menu - prices a little high for Albania anyway, but hey, the terrace and the place are so charming that it's OK.
I'm coming to what's wrong. I should point out that the hotel had only opened a few weeks before our stay, which may explain (if not excuse) certain things in the service failures and which probably leaves room for improvement. Because the problem is the service, even if some of the young people assigned to the hotel seemed full of good will:
- We were alone in the hotel the night we spent there, but we were not offered an upgrade and were therefore put in a room with a view of the commons corresponding to our reservation: obviously, we had not no "right" to be upgraded, but when a hotel has just opened and there is only one room occupied, that's the kind of courtesy you can think of if you want to advertise yourself.
- The beach was really lovely, but the umbrella tables were cluttered with dirty cups and glasses, empty cans and bottles, which seemed to have been there for a very long time and which the bar staff clearly didn't think to remove, even when they came to serve us our drinks.
- In the morning, we ask for breakfast: the waiter looks at us with wide eyes, clearly does not understand what we are talking about; as I insist, he gets agitated, makes a phone call, then tells me that the "chef" prepared a big dinner last night and that therefore he is resting this morning, so they can't serve us anything to eat . In short, we understand that the hotel does not serve breakfast. In reality, we could have perfectly understood this, but as the hotel is several kilometers from any bistro, the least we could do would be to clearly warn customers. As compensation we were offered coffees, but this left us with a somewhat bitter impression. Damage.

Pequeño hotel familiar de 5 habitaciones en un entorno excelente. Lástima que el acceso sea a través de una carretera de piedras (en obras) horrible.
