Beyond expectation
It was excellent beyond expectations. Direct beach, attentive service. Our room on the 4st floor was clean, with a large sea view balcony. Good kitchen, children's and adults' pool. Beach bars. The sea is pleasantly warm, sandy beach. In the pre-season quiet with french animation until 11 pm.

Amelia Mare Golem stay.
Magnificent hotel with its rooftop.
Spacious and very clean rooms, its spa, with sauna and steam room.
Disappointing, the food is always repetitive, no drinks, no cocktails, sparkling water costs extra as does coffee at the bar, the pool is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., lack of lounge chairs relative to the hotel, bars close at 6 p.m.
So after the shows ending at 11 p.m., you cannot get a drink.
Outside, the beach is unappealing, seaweed, the lounge chairs are dilapidated.
Positive points: the Lookéa entertainers, they are there to make sure we have fun.
And the lively street with its lively hotels and shops for walking around in the evening.

Disappointment
Beautiful hotel from the outside, but a very disappointing experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with towels replaced and sheets changed daily. The rooftop offers a very beautiful view, even if the cocktails there are not included.
On the other hand, the pool is clearly undersized for the hotel's capacity. Over 7 days, it was impossible for us to get a lounge chair, as they were reserved from 6:30 AM by guests who left their towels on them.
Regarding the dining, the food is very repetitive and the dishes are most of the time barely warm. The drinks served at the bar are also disappointing: lacking flavor and not cold enough.
The beach is another negative point: it is littered with trash and seaweed, which doesn't really make you want to stay there.
The location remains convenient, however, with several bars and restaurants nearby. The excursions offered by the hotel are, however, too expensive and often too far away. The entertainment, for its part, is quite childish.
Despite a few positive points, notably the rooms and the rooftop, we do not recommend this hotel, mainly because of the catering, the pool, the beach, and the lack of lounge chairs.

Great stay
Amazing hotel, great hotel service. For any questions I always went to the reception— the girls were incredibly helpful there and always ready to answer anything. Restaurant staff was also very good. They were very friendly! Food was nice — a variety of it every day and everyone had something to choose from. Beach was beautiful. View was amazing. I recommend this hotel.

Bad experience
I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to get a good night’s sleep. Every evening, the hotel hosts a techno party on the rooftop with extremely loud music. The picture frames in the room literally shake, and even around midnight the staff refuse to turn the music down, despite the fact that there are only a handful of people at the rooftop bar. To make matters worse, the rooftop party is combined with another loud event taking place downstairs as part of the hotel’s entertainment program.
Another major disappointment was the communication with the Čedok tour representative, Tomáš Andrejčák. During the welcome meeting, he seemed interested only in selling optional excursions and showed no concern for guests’ complaints. When we tried to discuss the issues we were experiencing, his response was, “I don’t have time for this, I have another meeting,” and he simply walked away.
The food was decent overall, although there was no allergen information provided. The hotel itself was clean, and I have no complaints about the housekeeping. Unfortunately, these positives were outweighed by the overall experience, which was very disappointing. I would not choose this hotel again.
