Magnificent hotel
After reading several reviews before going on vacation, I asked myself the question: where am I going to end up?
But frankly, very surprised, magnificent hotel, very clean, the staff cleaned all day long, very pleasant, very kind, very discreet. The buffet is very good, lots of choices, one small downside: put little signs on the sauces, the jams. Otherwise, many things. You can easily find something to enjoy yourself. Whether at the restaurant or at the bar, the staff is always available and smiling. Very clean pool, even the beach is swept every morning, with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas well aligned. This hotel truly deserves its 5 stars. Well located, all along the souvenir shops. People who complain must never be satisfied. However, I was disappointed by the excursions, which were very, very expensive and poorly organized. Across from the hotel on the left, there is a very small agency where the prices are cut in half and it is very good. Do the canyons, it is really worth it. The entertainment team Mareva, Gladys, Rudy were top-notch and very professional. I loved my stay

Great Experience
Overall, we had a very positive experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, warm hospitality, and good service. We would be happy to stay here again.

Very disappointing experience and poor customer service
Upon arrival we were given a room with only one double bed and a baby cot. After a long discussion at reception, we were moved to an apartment for one night and assured that a suitable room would be provided the next day.
The next day, instead of resolving the issue, we were told that we had to pay extra for the apartment. Even worse, we were moved into a room designed for only three people, despite the fact that we are four. Once again, we were promised that a proper room would be available the following day.
On the third day, after being repeatedly assured that a solution would be found, I returned to reception and was simply told: "It's not possible." No apology, no alternative, no attempt to help.
The room itself is far too small for four people. There is barely enough space to move around, let alone comfortably spend several days here as a family.
What makes this experience particularly frustrating is the complete lack of professionalism and honesty. We were given promises every day, only to be ignored the next. The staff seemed more interested in getting us off their backs than actually resolving the problem.
We chose this hotel expecting a reasonable level of service and customer care. Instead, we received misleading information, additional unexpected charges, and accommodation that does not match the needs of the number of guests on the reservation.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I would not recommend this hotel to families, especially if you expect the room you booked and honest communication from the staff.

Not a 5 ✨ hotel
The entertainment was very nad too. There was no music around the pool or furing the night so at some stage o thought we are at the retirement house .
Would i go back there again? The answer is absolutely no
But the hotel was very very clean and when ever ive asked something from yhe reception, they brought it straight away
