The front desk staff (Cerine and Nawal) were EXCELLENT …..
They were so very helpful with everything from check-in to check-out …
Everything from arranging taxis to restaurants recommendations to directions on where to go, they were always ready to help me.
I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers and solo travelers coming to the wonderful city of Algiers ….

Good quality:price

The hotel is new and clean, the staff is polite. Close to Hydra not too close to Alger Center. Nice restaurant with small terrace.

Catastrophic

Hotel that has regressed enormously
Catastrophic Service at All Levels
Very slow and not good food service (especially given the prices)
This is the sixth time I've been to this hotel and this is the last time I've been to this hotel.
We're fighting to get shower towels, toilet paper, and the top, an hour in the room without electricity.
The hammam now paying is dirtier than when it was free
I'm not talking about the outdoor pool, you dirty bastard!!!!!
Tomorrow, another hotel like legacy makes a pool in its establishment, so that's the end of Ad Hotels
Thank you the pool that saves them

Horrible to run away

Hotel to escape. Corridors with an unbearable smell, tiny room, clean limit shower, tiny and impassable parking. Hunchback and arrogant staff. The worst part: one night, no more parking space, we are asked to leave the key for the valet to move our car... In the morning, we discover our car completely destroyed, entered another, and no one told us. Worse still: the valet did not know how to drive an automatic and it was an unlicensed waitress who moved our vehicle! No commercial gestures, no help, no words of apology. Stay totally ruined by the incompetence and indifference of this establishment.

A very good hotel by Algerian standards.

Finding a good hotel in Algeria is not an easy task. International networks are not represented in the country, tourists are almost absent, accordingly there are no reviews. But I liked this hotel. Spacious rooms, quality cleaning, on-site swimming pool. Truth is, the rooms facing the road are noisy. But not critically. I can recommend it.
