3,5* good for the big group

Hotel is not centrally located. However, rooms are big and clean with comfortable beds but hotel itself is old. Carpets, especially on the main corridors may be vacuumed more often or replaced. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is typically, nothing special but eatable.

Run away!

A disaster. Don't deserve 4 stars! Carpeted and sanitary in a pitiful state! Despite my dissatisfaction, no action was taken! The rooms smell like cigarettes. The hotel is very poorly maintained! It's not worth the 11,000 dinars a night for the double room!

"The outdoor pool is fantastic! The atmosphere is relaxing and it is the perfect place to relax after a long day. Thank you very much to the staff for their exceptional service! You made our experience even more enjoyable! Pension I highly recommend it

Very nice experience

I just left the hotel, I was there as a family in an apartment on the 4th floor Hotel very clean, close to shops. Spacious apartment.
Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff.
Breakfast varied, I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the reception who is always listening.

Poor front desk

Facilities are satisfactory some whay from Contantaine centre but front desk staff are not to be believed. They say yes to laundty service and take the dirty laundry and do nothing with it . Later on quesioning they say nothing. at 20.00 thery say oh we could not do it. very poor
