Staff was very friendly and concerned. Best breakfast I’ve had on this 2 month trip. Good location for the off season and would be a great location during the ski season!! Don’t hesitate- we’ll worth the stay!!

Small but fine

Very good and cozy hotel. Small but fine. Small breakfast was prepared especially for us. Room is newly renovated and very clean. Daily very basic cleaning. Helpful and very friendly receptionist.

Great Stay

Although the Micalou is a 2*, we felt that we received 5* treatment by the staff. Hotel is small but comfortable and ideal for a short stay. Araceli, was fantastic and could not do enough for us during our stay. Highly recommend this location if you need to be in Arinsal.

Irish Pub nearby

The serious problem is the noise, otherwise the staff and the rooms, although small, did not lack anything. The location is very good but that pub next door, having a show, spoils your rest a little. Thank you for the room change but until the soundproofing is fixed we may not return.

I would not repeat

The first night was horrible, when we got to the reception floor room number. 3, you could hear music from the Irish bar next to the California Grill and people from the restaurant talking. It literally felt like I was in the bathroom of a nightclub, the whole room echoed and it was impossible to sleep until 3 in the morning. Cleaning and service good. But I wouldn't repeat.
They changed our rooms. The next day and it feels the same but a little less.
