We only spent one night but we could repeat

For a simple hotel, the quality price is fine. Skiing is ideal because it is close to slopes and not far from Escaldes if you want to go shopping. Correct triple room with essentials but comfortable and spacious. The heating in place.

Very good value, fine dining

I already knew this place as a restaurant, for its splendid Catalan cuisine and good service. As a hotel, it offers comfortable accommodation with an unbeatable value for money.
The rooms have a small balcony with beautiful views of the Andorran mountains. Very friendly staff, breakfast okay for the price you pay.

NICE FRIENDLY HOTEL

The hotel is basic but at the same time offers a good standard of accommodation. The rooms are clean and tidy albeit basic.The hotel staff are very friendly and the bar is particularly comprehensive. Situated on a main road which can be a bit noisy, the rooms a nice and cosy with lovely hot showers and a spacious bathroom. Located on the bus route which will take you to the capital and to the National Parks.

Viaje en pareja de ski

El hotel está situado un poco lejos del teleférico que te sube a la estación de pal para ir andando (1,4kms), lo que te obliga a coger el coche y o dejarlo en el parking por 8€ al día (avisar en taquilla antes de subir por si te dan más de las 5 de la tarde arriba) o subir en coche hasta la estación (20min) con hasta 40min de atasco a la vuelta.
El dueño del hotel muy simpático y atento, así como alguno de sus compañeros, pero otros, realmente no tanto.
El hotel es muy sencillito, dos estrellas muy bien clasificadas, pues el wifi llega a medias a la habitación de la primera planta (no quiero saber cómo sería a la segunda) y aunq el baño está bien, el agua de la ducha tan pronto sale ardiendo como helada. Al llegar, el olor de la habitación era fuerte, como a tabaco. Sin embargo, la comida del restaurante era bastante buena.
Para una escapada centrada en el ski es suficiente, pero si buscas un hotel con grandes expectativas en cuanto al alojamiento, este no es tu sitio.

Excusas

Se nos olvidó un reloj en la habitacion,lo llamamos ya 3veces ,nos dijo q lo enviaba y aquí todavía estamos esperando el envio! Excusas baratas!!Recomiendo que no se os olvide nada.
Hotel anticuado,sucio y encima mentirosos.
