Hotel Carl Ruiz almost a Hostal...

Stay in Andorra...
No air conditioning in the room
Water flow for shower or bath... Take your time
Smart TV toshiba hyper complicated to manage
Sound level close to zero, nice to hear the neighbors in the toilet, or the passage of carts early morning...
The Big Negative
No one tells us anything about the fact that there are works... UNACCEPTABLE, especially as the hotel sends several emails what lack of communication...
No restoration possible... Breakfast is taken in a TERRANOVA hotel on the 5th floor with elevator and to climb to the 6th it is with steps... Poor person with reduced mobility...

No eggs, no bacon, no... I mean, nothing. DECU
Bad taste coffee
Multivitamin juice not available just apple or orange.... The pictures speak for themselves better.
Once a year we go to Andorra
Never again CARL RUIZ or TERRANOVA
We have known much better with real coffee beans, jam in original pot...
Egg, bacon and so on for a real breakfast!
WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

Second time in this hotel. It was good! Food selection for dinner and breakfast were fine, certainly if you stay 1 or 2 nights. Room was fine. However! There is no airconditioning and in summer it can get hot in Andorra, even at 2000m altitude. The night was bad. Also because the water from the faucet was hot and therefore couldn't even drink water (tapwater is normally good in Spain and Andorra). Mind you. These were the only negative points. I will come back to this hotel again when I can. Just maybe not in high summer :-D

Horrifying experience

We were very happy to spend three days with the family with reservation on the hotel website. but upon arrival we were told that the reservation was invalid and their proposal was that we had the option of paying double. I do not recommend it even to my worst enemy, we went to a much better hotel.

yes and no

Hotel close to the box zero zero zero zero isolation, we heard someone vomit from our room.
they say on the booking site (parking) arrived there actually there is parking but it pays so you have to pay your place otherwise you take the fine.
We were well received.
