Always a pleasure to stay there from Staff professionalism at the front desk to restaurant with a keen eye for detail. I will likely stay there a third time when I go back to Luanda.

One word - Poor

Very poor hotel. Hotel is dated. Room is very basic. Cannot adjust the AC or turn off. Room carpet is very dusty. Food selection is poor. Taste is average. Asked for take-away breakfast since i have to check out at 5.30am. Confirmed with the front desk twice during check in. Next morning when i check out, nothing was prepared. Very poor.

The staff was delightful, the food was delicious and since this was my first time in Angola ,this place makes me want to return next year for even a longer stay. ABRIGADO!!

Room was clean. Food was very good and the staff were extremely helpful and couteous. Location is very good!

The hotel is nice and the personnel very friendly and helpful. However the service in the Terrace Bar shall be improved because it is lowering the good level of the hotel
