Express check in and check out

Very quick check-in and check-out, the air conditioning is new so it works perfectly (ideally I would put an extra fan on the second floor). When we arrived we were missing sheets, a pillow and towels for my son, I requested them and they resolved it quickly. The apartment has a small refrigerator and everything you need if you want to cook.
Very good area, many options to eat, have breakfast, etc., the Palermo Hollywood neighborhood is excellent.
Thanks for everything.

Don't book, please!

We went to the hotel for the second time (the first one was five years ago, and it was good, so we came back.). I may say it's terrible and you can see no renovation or not even a simple redecoration was done to the place.
The terrace is dangerous with broken pieces of wood and nails coming out from it! You can see what I mean in one of the photos I took and added; the curtains were so dirty that I can not say if they are grey or white.
Moving in the room you can find everything...broken! The table was missing a piece( photo added to prove it)and they put a kind of "covering" by using a circle of paper, the cables were disattached from the wall, the fridge was leaking, the water from the shower was cold! It seems like a nightmare but I can assure you it's true.
Not to finish here, the reception is not always open so for example, we ran out of toilet paper and had no one to ask for it, same thing with the rubbish that was full and had no extra bags to put inside the bin.
To end up, we booked a room, asking specifically to have a crib or little bed for our baby: they gave us a two floor room with a bed on the first floor and a sofa on the ground floor where the baby was supposed to sleep in. I complaint and the receptionist answered that she gave the key to me earlier as a "favour" ( we explain that we had an 18 hours flight and a year old baby) and that was the reason why the bed was not ready. After trying hard for a while to make her understand that that room was not suitable for us, they "magically" remembered that they have a crib (please, please see the )!
What can I say on their favour? The mattress was great, big and nice but (sorry, there's a but also here!) the sheets were always coming out from their place.
I really highly recommend you NOT to book there.

Not bad for the price.

Good place to stay for what it is. Its not amazing but a great base to see the city from. In a nice neighborhood central to all the bars and restaurants in Palermo Hollywood. Supermarket close by. The rooms are ok but not spotless. We got upgraded which was nice but the jacuzzi was dirty so had to clean it out before using. The staff were friendly and helpful and can give you advice on the area. We would probably stay again due to the location and nice staff.

Absolutely avoid this "apartment" accomodation

Worst "hotel/rental" experience in the last 5 years and I'm travelling a lot! First, after 14 hours of flight, we arrived and the location we were supposed to stay was "not available anymore" due to "electricity issues". Without prior notice, they transferred us to another location, which clearly looks cheaper than what we have booked, 20 minutes from the hot spot we have initially selected. No apologies, no concern whatsoever. The staff just don't give a single sh.t about. In the new "location", some clients had their dog in the room barking all day long. Some put the TV sound so loud that you could hear the channel they were watching. Walls are like paper. But the worst has not been told yet. A few days after all this mess, they contacted us to say that we had (i quote) an IMPROPER MISCONDUCT by going to the swimming pool without the shirt. Yes, you read it right. After providing the worst service possible you could expect those unprofessional people contacted us to tell that we have been walking without shirts. First, that was untrue. Second, how is it possible after failing so hard to provide the minimal service expected, they dare calling you to accuse you of "misconduct". Crazyness. Last but not least: cleaning has been done after the 4th day. And it was badly done. Avoid absolutely this place. you have many good value for money hotels around Palermo area. Avoid you troubles, mistreatment and stress. Worst place I have been staying in many many many years and trust me I have been staying in sh.t hotels sometimes.

Great location but.....

We arrived at Buenos Aires early in the morning and had to go to another hotel to pick up our key for the room as reception closes at 6pm. It was very difficult to find as the hotel isn't clearly marked. Our room was as clean as it could be considering the lack of maintenance. Our door handle was falling off, the tiles were damaged, the curtains were
stained and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been renovated in years. The room also got very hot during the day because the flooring
was just cemented. The bedding was clean and comfortable. On the 5th of October we requested transportation to the airport for 6pm however, when we then requested to change the time of transport to 3pm no longer then one hour after our first requested time we were met by an unbelievably rude response by the girl at front desk. She stated we should catch an uber or taxi. We had no issue catching alternative transport if we were unable to book transport through the hotel as promised but she was very defensive and rude to my partner who was polite and just asked the question. But on a positive note the cleaner was lovely and kind, the location was amazing we would only suggest that when looking for somewhere to stay, you take this into consideration. The male receptionist and the female receptionist we had on the 2nd of October were very kind. They gave us a map and assisted us in finding where we needed to go. However, the attitude of the the last receptionist we saw on the 5th of October when we were checking out was inappropriate and unprofessional. All in all, we had a really good time in the area, the food was amazing, the drinks were cheap and vibe was friendly.

Very good location
