We had an excellent one night stay during a layover. The staff were all amazing and so helpful. We arranged for a couples massage in the spa, and enjoyed every minute and wished it would never end. We would stay here again for sure.

The staff is amazing, the hotel overall is great, but it was all about the service. Every greeting, every interaction was aboye and beyond

Everything was amazing. From the room, to the lobby and breakfast area, it was all very comfortable and extremely clean. The toiletries in the bathroom were of very good quality as well. The only thing I would recommend or suggest is to bring more hangers. That way you can hang up more of your outerwear. Since we were here in the winter time.

One of the best hotels in terms of service that I have ever experienced in my life. In Recoleta, a perfect spot
It is small but lacks nothing. Very worn rooms. 100% recommended

Elegance, excellent service, and location

CasaSur is an ideal place for those seeking sophistication and elegance combined with impeccable service and an excellent location. The food from their restaurant is delicious. The staff is very attentive and pays attention to every detail. I definitely recommend it for any occasion.
