Incredible hotel! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel’s location is perfect for seeing the city. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Buenos Aires!

Great stay in Buenos Aires - amazing location and wonderful staff

We had a really great stay at The Misti Coliving Obelisco while visiting Buenos Aires. The location is fantastic, right next to Obelisco and within walking distance of many of the main areas and attractions like Teatro Colon. There’s also a big 24h Carrefour nearby, which was super convenient whenever we needed something last minute.
The room was big and had everything we needed including TV and fridge and plenty of storage space. While some improvements, especially around the bathroom, would definitely upgrade the room, it was overall comfortable and worked well for our stay. One of the best parts was the view from the room, it was excellent, facing the main street and hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires, and made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was also excellent, served right next door in a cafe and had great choices with really good food, which was a perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore the city.
What really stood out though, was the staff. Matias and Kisbel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we had a question or needed help with something, they were always there and happy to assist. Their kindness, flexibility and good attitude really made a difference and helped make our stay smooth and enjoyable.
We had a great time in Buenos Aires overall, and staying here was definitely part of that experience. Would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place in a great location.

Excellent stay in Buenos Aires

El Misti Coliving Obelisko in Buenos Aires was a high value hotel in an excellent location with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was basic, but comfortable. The bathroom included a bathtub with shower. There was a kitchenette in the room, but we did not use it. I would have appreciated some coffee and tea bags in the room. They offer elevator service to the rooms. A nice breakfast is available for an additional charge in the coffee shop next door with several options on the menu. Many restaurants are located within walking distance. Public transportation is also convenient to the hotel. It is an older hotel so we did get some hallway and adjacent room noise. It was not overwhelming, and was more of a guest problem than a hotel problem. We would happily return.
