Pleasant experience

I stayed at the hotel infinity for 3 nights, a little afraid for the negative reviews I read, but I got a pleasant surprise, the truth is that it was much better than I expected, the room clean and well, the breakfast good, the friendly staff, the good internet, the great location, cost quality price, well considering that it is a small boutique style hotel.
How was the cheapest I found for the area I was afraid but you can tell them in my experience to book without fear.

Disappointment

The hotel is very poor, a while ago I chose it for the location, I stayed close to the sights, this summer I went as I traveled outside and stayed comfortable to reach aeropark, horrible breakfast, the rooms with ugly smell, bathrooms, everything, I don't know the sheets... I don't know if I will return, total disappointment, the cards to open the dirty rooms.

Infinity in a hotel

The best option in the most beautiful area of Buenos Aires, cozy and eco-sustainable.
Breakfast and friendly staff make you start your day with a lot of energy and eagerness to tour the city. The service to guests is super careful and the facilities bright and with excellent decoration. Hopefully we can repeat our stay infinitely!

The hotel was well-located in the Palermo neighborhood, just a short walk from the Subte. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even providing a map and outlet converter. The room was nice and was cleaned regularly. 
If there was one thing for improvement, it would be the breakfast offerings. There was a lot of bread, ham and cheese croissants, very little fruit, and tiny portions of sweets. The coffee was bad. I ended up going out for breakfast. 
The above said, I would absolutely recommend this hotel for its service, location, cleanliness, and amenities.

Disappointing experience.

Before you book this hotel think twice. When you go to your room check bed linen and towels for stains/spots and holes. Remember to document this with reception immediately, otherwise they will charge you a cleaning fee the following day.
We booked and paid for 3 nights through Wotif.com.
After one night we moved to another hotel with clean bed linen and towels.
In our experience the room was dirty and the bed linen/towels in a very poor condition.
The was no manager on site, but a receptionist with a bad attitude.
