Good location and excellent breakfast

The location of the hotel is very good, making it easy to get around. The reception provided adequate care during the stay.
The breakfast was one of the highlights, with good variety and a always very friendly, attentive and helpful staff.
The rooms are comfortable, with good bed and suitable bedding. The pillow, however, could be a little better. A negative point is the bathroom, which has no box, just a curtain, causing the bath water to wet the whole environment.
Regarding the cleaning, although the room is organized, it could be more capricious, as it was below the expected.

Great location. Great staff. Regularly stay here for ease of access to public transport and dining options.

Disappointment

The location stood out. The breakfast was basic in a small space, the coffee was terrible. We stayed in an interior room, impossible to rest due to a motor making an unbearable noise 24 hours a day. The staff was friendly. I would not recommend it, perhaps in another room.

We booked a superior room based on the pictures, but our room was small and dark. When we asked, we were told the room in the pictures were for 3 people, not two. The breakfast was ok, many choices but only two hot dishes. However, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic.
