Very attentive and professional staff have been in the support requested in reference to my booking.

I chose this hotel according to its location as close to that emblematic point of the city as is the "Plaza Dorrego" famous for tango and antiques.

Room 107 was awful

I rarely write bad reviews, giving most places the benefit of the doubt when I don’t enjoy myself. Room 107 was terrible, if I was staying for more than one night I would have asked to change rooms, or change hotels. The smell was awful, there were bugs, the shower was plugged so I ended up in standing water, there was a loose fan or belt somewhere that squeaked all night long and the window looked down into a store? If you can tolerate all that, the location was great and the front desk staff were friendly. Very early in the morning it was a 20-25 Uber ride to the EZE airport.

We chose the hotel because of recommendations of the staff. And they didn’t disappoint us. They were GREAT! Super service 24h/day
