Higher level

We have already been several times, and it maintains the excellent quality always. This time in unit 3. Super comfortable and spacious. Breakfast served in each unit very abundant and quality. Excellent cleanliness. Beach service on weekends. And the beach just meters away. Heated indoor pool and another external one not enabled at this time. Private parking. And most importantly... the attention of the reception girls and Tomas, always attentive to any requirement. To keep repeating without hesitation!

Beautiful days in the Carilo Forest

We went to the end of February...with my husband and one of my children...and meeting friends...what we tried to do when we all agreed.The stay was beautiful ,very rewarding....the super comfortable apartment...very complete and clean...as well as all the facilities...meters from the beach... I can really say it was more than I saw in the pictures....and the excellent staff. I would always come back, without hesitation!

Old people complicated by stairs

Many stairs for older people
Pretty good normal breakfast.
Very good and helpful receptionists.(to highlight)
There were a lot of kids and they drank the pool.
If it wasn't for the stairs, I'd come back another time.

Impeccable hotel for children

Aparthotel with direct access to the sea, large park , three heated pools, a large kids club with animation and good breakfast in the room. The place is super clean and they leave you complimentary coffee, milk, teas in the pool. The accommodation includes beach service and is four blocks from downtown. It has internal parking.
They let us do late chack out without a problem.
Just detract from the score because spa water maintenance is lacking in my opinion.

More than I expected!

The communal spaces are excellent! with several pools: warm, warm and hot, for all tastes, I really liked that! the service and access to the beach I liked even more. All very comfortable to enjoy the rest with sea and roast. My baby wouldn't leave. The super-rich breakfast crescents and the surprise pancakes of each day too. The weather in November was very good! We usually stop downtown, but in this case, stopping at the beach and then going downtown (4 blocks) was a better experience.
