Winter break in the House Carilo Suite

In the winter holidays 2024 we spent 4 great days in the Suite House Cariló. I feared that the in-out pool was not warm enough, but I was surprised in the best way, as I did not want to leave... The apartment was well maintained and clean and the armchair bed was very comfortable. The breakfast room had a very warm tropical decor and offered a variety of sweet and savoury options. We managed walking as we were close to the center and the beach... Of course I would come back!!

Good apart

Loved the place. Spacious apartments, with grill and good heating. The pool was fine and there is a small playground for children. Breakfast was delicious although fruits and a little more protein were missing.
We were a long weekend that the hotel was empty, we asked to stay a while longer and we were told that check out is 10 am (check in 15h, also very late) is the only hotel I was from Carilo that won't even let me use the facilities after check out. In addition there is no dispenser with hot water.
The decor and location of the hotel is excellent.

Bad front desk care. Go to another hotel

Dismal attention from the front desk. Unfortunate. Change personnel. Pretty nice place but attention from the terribly unfriendly reception. They should have other quality and service. You can see that the hand of a responsible and prepared attendant is missing

Bad service at reception

The hotel is very nice, the reception service is terrible
They didn't even allow us to enter the bathroom to change before check-in or after check-out.
The heated pool was not heated when it was a requirement of ours when booking the hotel.
But above all the inflexibility and ill will of the people at the reception.

Amazing Apart Hotel, and attention

The guys at the hotel were amazing, they did everything for us, and made our vacations great. Claudia was part of the family almost, and the whole human team gave always that extra mile that wants us to come back every year.
