Suggestions...

Very good service from the staff, rich and varied menus (because it is coeliac very taken care of).....Hint... assigned carports... (Since we saw a motorcyclist... ill-mannered and aggressive, occupying and preventing any other vehicle from parking. Otherwise all very well.

We have to book in advance, very good attention from all its staff, the restaurant very good its food and we could witness the show which was very entertaining

Nice stay

We've been going to this hotel for years, we really like it. It is well located, has what it takes for a good stay. Breakfast could be better but it's fine. The restaurant is NOT from the hotel and is excellent.
It is rating the passage of time because it lacks maintenance but nothing that ruins the stay.
The only bad thing is that the heating is handled by them. We called because we were hot and we were told "open the window" because the air is neutral as we do not consider it necessary to turn it on

- Rooms and bathrooms are small, shower already tight spaced with doors that don’t close properly.
- By day 3, construction noise and chemicals smells from remodeling work became a big issue.
- Receptionist did not offer solutions and lied about remodeling hours. Felt uncomfortable when asked for manager’s name, and refused to give any other information.
- Same receptionist reached out later to apologize and acknowledged we should have not been placed in those rooms to begin with. Offered to move us to “upgraded” rooms.
- “Upgraded” rooms were even worse. One of the rooms was directly under the ones being remodeled and worked on. Noise began at 8 AM
- The other two rooms did not have a functioning air conditioner. Staff gave poor excuse and just said to open windows. There’s tons of noise far into the night from motor bikes and people playing music right across the hotel.
- Hotel breakfast was motel level at best. You get eggs swimming in water and some cut up ham. Toasters barely worked, and when staff was asked for replacement they appeared completely clueless.
- The spa experience was good when it came to the massage. However “quiet” policy is not enforced and hearing toilets go off right next to the spa area don’t help with the experience.
- Check out was the final straw. Desk staff was rude and dismissive of concerns, stating that the room “upgrade” was sufficient compensation for the troubles.

Motel Masquerading as a Spa Hotel

Horrible overrated motel masquerading as a Spa Hotel. Rude staff, ongoing construction noise and motel level breakfast among many other issues. See pictures for the entire story.
