THE LOCATION IS VERY GOOD

We stayed with my husband for three nights. The location is very good, in the central area of Colón, right in front of the square. The hot springs and the beach are nearby. The service was correct. We chose the most economical room; it seemed a bit small to me, and additionally, the mattress was not in the best condition. The breakfast was quite varied, with delicious pastries, fruits, and cold cuts. We enjoyed the indoor pool; unfortunately, we could not use the outdoor one, which is also heated, because they were cleaning it on the sunniest day of our stay. We were satisfied with the hotel service in relation to the price paid.

Well...

It is in the center, opposite the square, everything ok but the treatment of the staff. A little expensive for what it offers

Very good Hotel!!

Being a 3-star hotel, it has very good amenities. Pool outside and pool inside. Spacious and clean rooms. Pretty good breakfast, would lack some more fruit. The bathroom a little small, but fine! Excellent location, close to beaches and area of many restaurants and businesses.

It's a good hotel

The breakfast is good but more fruit is missing, it is self-serve but I saw that certain people approached the table. They don't have empathy with kids with autism, I've asked to be brought into the room and they told me there were no staff. The food prices of your own restaurant are relatively expensive, the staff are not helpful and sleepy but the facilities are good. I was touched by the neo room (they are the new ones and were spacious and very nice, they had a balcony. The air conditioning is handled outside, you have to call to ask for the required temperature. No room service. Laundry service and spa and swimming pool. It is five blocks from the North Beach and Columbus Baths.

Unfortunately I don't agree with most, after going more than 20 years, changed since a manager with police

Unfortunately bad. To hack the police power of a so-called manager is unbearable.
