They communicate well - we were checking-in almost a day late because our flights were rescheduled.
Messaged them on whatsapp to inform them and they were kind to hold our reservation, even though we were 24 hrs late.

The place is good, breakfast has a good variety, towels are clean and fresh with good water pressure. I would suggest the hotel considers having fans for the rooms, it was so HOT couldn’t sleep. We opened the windows as suggested by the staff and the room got filled with mosquitoes

Happiness!

Comfortable, clean, super complete, has spa, balcony overlooking the lake, buffet service, comfortable beds, quiet, ideal to rest. Super recommended.
