Highly recommended

My stay was unbeatable as was the staff and breakfast. The room was very complete and the kitchen was equipped with wonders. I would definitely recommend the accommodation, would come back.

Excellent hostel and great host!

We stayed for 2 nights in a private room and we very much enjoyed our stay. The description matched well and the room was clean and comfortable. They provide a free basic breakfast of cereal, bread, boiled eggs and fruit which was appreciated. The location is great and a few minutes walk to the main high street. The location is very quiet. The main highlight was the host Eugene who was exceptional! He was extremely friendly and helpful. He kindly gave us lots of recommendations for tours and restaurants which were greatly appreciated.

All super cool. From the cleanliness of the place, comfort, location steps from downtown, breakfast, and above all to highlighting the attention of Paloma! A place with a beautiful energy and make your visit to El Calafate an incredible trip. I recommend 100%.

Very good services: hot water at all times, impeccable heating, cleaning, breakfast. Everything super!
Warm atmosphere, total kindness in attention.
A beautiful garden, with lots of vegetation.

Lago Argentino Hostal....A great place to stay.

This is an excellent place to stay.I spent 4 nights at this lovely Hostal in March of this year-2023.From the moment I arrived I was made feel welcome.The host,Eugenio,was most helpful.Within 30 minutes of my arrival he had arranged a trip to the Perito Moreno glacier,a trip to El Chalten and the return trip to the airport for the day I was leaving.....My room was clean and comfortable and sleep quality was excellent.Breakfast was included in the price of the room and really set me up for the day.....I can definitely recommend this place-clean,comfortable,welcoming and great value...Having travelled all over the world I have met many people.Eugenio is surely one of the nicest people I have ever met....Top marks to Eugenio and Paloma....10 out of 10.
