Recommended

We spent a night at the hotel and it was a very good experience. The room we took was very well equipped, with a space that doubles as a kitchen, with everything you need, plus microwave, electric toaster and fridge.
All very modern, impeccable, very tasteful.
Very good breakfast. Very friendly staff.
We went to the pool in the afternoon and, although it is small for the number of rooms the hotel has, it was in excellent condition, as well as the solarium.

Towels with holes and rust everywhere.

Screw it. We paid $170,000 for one night and the supposedly white towels were gray, with holes (LITERAL) and rust everywhere. We complained with the towels in hand and did not take care of the claim.
We took by booking, it said it included parking and charged extra to the accommodation.

Very nice, neat and clean. A little locked up and piled up the rooms. Regular customer service policy. We had a problem with the entrance key to the room (it had low battery lock) and we were outside at 4 AM took half an hour to fix. And the next day I couldn't find the entry card and they charged me! I reminded them that I had
a lot of patience with the lock thing. To which they answered “it’s a house policy” I have to charge you! Tomorrow attitude! I'm not coming back!

The hotel is cute, the rooms comfortable but the loudest I was in my life, Sunday morning 8th seems like

The hotel is nice, the rooms comfortable but it is the loudest I was in my life, Sunday 8 in the morning it seems that they wanted to move dragging all the furniture of the hotel preventing sleep, after bed at 4 in the morning, you look for a place to rest and I am more tired than when I go to bed. It is not recommended. I'm not coming back.
