Family trip to the coast

Our experience was great from the moment we contacted them to find out availability.
All the staff are very friendly and available to make sure our stay is perfect.
The distance to both the center of Mar de las Pampas (approx. 700m) and Mar Azul (approx. 300m) are perfect to not be in the noise and movement of the center but close at hand to be able to enjoy them without problems.
The beach is 200m away and the beach service works great.

Bad.

Value for money HORRIBLE quality, lack of hygiene(a lot) in the common spaces, breakfast too poor there is no variety , the staff is not qualified to occupy strategic positions(reception), in our case there was a permanent smell of sewers coming out of the bathroom(we warned 3 times and there was no solution, the guest must order breakfast, the guest must warn for cleaning the room, the guest must warn to make a roast (electric grill)....that is the guest must do everything, in favor of beach service and entertainment for children, that is....all very poor for the EXCESSIVE Value we pay.
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.

Leave a lot to be desired

Bed linen very well.
Cleanliness of the place generally normal, throwing bad in common places.
The place leaves a lot to be desired.
For starters, right down the distribution hall to the rooms, you'll be greeted by the dpto of what looks like employees with the door open always making "ranch"
Regular care to bad.
Breakfast is served to you, but it's not cleaned.
The room window is MINI.
Price-quality PESIMO.

Very good Apart, but with abusive prices for 2024.

The Apart is very complete and has everything you need. Modern, spacious and comfortable. It has a beautiful in/out pool. The breakfasts that are brought to the apartment are very complete and abundant, perhaps I would change the options a little since it becomes repetitive. It is near the center of Mar Azul, 8 blocks from Mar de las Pampas and 2 blocks from the beach. They provide umbrella and chair service. The attention and cleanliness are very good. They have a barbecue in each apartment. The area is quiet.
This year I found out prices to return, being 2 adults and 1 minor and in November they gave me $1,350 dollars for 7 nights, it seemed like an abuse. Then in 2024 I again found out values for 6 NIGHTS IN THE MONTH OF MARCH, thinking that since it was low season they would charge me less, and they asked me for $1,455 dollars.
I ruled it out for wanting to charge such a high price. Finally, for a little longer, I went to Brazil.

Highly recommended

I went for a weekend with friends. The complex is beautiful and the apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The complete breakfast. The staff was super friendly and attentive to us. Everything excellent. We will surely return!
