A little salty for what it delivers but is worth it

Although it does not have the refinement that one expects from a 5 star, it is comfortable, has good food and is well located, in addition to having a playroom for children / pre-adolescents (type a micro hot zone). Highlight was the facility of the hotel's official agency to close a package with the transfers (from San Rafael airport to Las Peñas and the return to Mendoza) and also the ski lift passes. We did not go to the Sushi Club because such a difference from dinner even to the la carte of sushi did not compensate. It was very expensive. Another highlight is the outdoor jacuzzi, almost next to the snow. The Guarda-esquis Hernan and Facundo (who self-titled the brazucas as the duo “Romário and Bebeto”) were brilliant. They put on our boots to warm up before we went out and helped to shoe. Very helpful. The view from the room was stunning. The price is a little salty for what it delivers but it seems to be the best there is in Las Leñas. I'd definitely come back.

M A R A V I L L O S O !!!!!!

We stayed there for a week. It is beautiful the hotel as well as the services and amenities they offer. The food is very good quality and exquisite as well as breakfast. All the staff are very friendly, especially the guys who help you with the boots when you return from skiing, offer you hot chocolate with churros. Facilities are spotless (reception, swimming pool, sauna etc) Thank you for having us. We'll be back!!!!!

We spent an excellent holiday, and much of it was thanks to the attention of everyone in the hotel.

We had a great time! Very attentive to all our needs. The best thing was the guys from the ski guard, very genius!

Bad experience at Hotel Virgo

The worst food I've ever seen in a hotel of this value. Hard and flavorless meat, fish with a rot smell, and even a simple pasta to tomato sauce was impossible to eat. The basket of bread could not be repeated — absurd for a hotel that sells itself as premium.
Low-quality enxoval, poorly educated bar waitress and hostile, especially with Brazilians. They don't put water back in the room and after midnight refuse to sell. I had to go into the kitchen to get water and I was treated rude, in addition to trying to charge the bill in double.
Some employees try to mitigate the disaster, but it is impossible to save such a poorly managed structure.
I do not recommend and will never return

Excellent service from hotel staff

We had an amazing family time, and a lot of the good experience was thanks to the good vibes, willingness, attention and help of all their staff, the attention of the GUARDIAN SKI, HERNAN, FACUNDO AND MARCELO guys, who every day were there to help us with everything! Always with a smile,
JOAQUIN our waiter who attended us first, the food is excellent, the kids animation guys CAMI, and MANU, who made our girl super fun every day,
