Family hotel 2 stars

Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Cala. It is a welcoming and economical place. I recommend it. The staff is friendly and attentive.
The location is only three blocks from the beach. Guests can also grab a bite to eat at Mambru Pizza Mustard, Estelar Brewery, La Fonte Café, and Ice Cream Italy.
The rooms are simple but comfortable, enough to rest after a day at the beach. Breakfast is included, which saved me time and money.

Lousy.

Bad experience. We arrived tired of the trip relying on the photos of the room and it was a real scam. We were assigned a room with a lot of humidity, impossible to breathe. After almost an hour of discussion, the owner agreed to change us to another room larger and with external window, but equally full of moisture.
The fan was broken and they had to change it. The room was dirty, they had clearly not cleaned or passed a rag. You couldn't eat there, there was no placard or anywhere to store clothes.
A horror experience. Publicize the place with old photos that do not reflect reality

2 star hotel

Family hotel, quiet, economical and clean. Comfortable beds. They provide shampoo and soap, as well as towels and washcloths. The rooms are consistent with the size of a 2-star hotel. They are located on the first floor and are accessed by stairs. There is TV with direct tv.
Breakfast is included in the price.
Good location, near the beach.

Un desastre

Estuve hospedada con mí esposo w hija. Un desastre en 7dias no cambiaron las sábanas, mala limpieza paredes sucias pisos rotos techo .Nada de lo que la dueña Gabriela nos vendió por telefono se cumplió. Una estafa mirar las fotos así está el hotel
