Very good experience

If I got carried away with the opinions stated here I would not have gone to this hotel but the opposite happened I stayed three days.
A saber
excellent cleaning
Staff treatment excellent sheets towels excellent breakfast excellent spectacular abundant excellent location.
Upgrade the fan room 104.
2025 there must be baskets for recyclables at least in common spaces.

3 estrellas bien puesto

esperabamos menos., nos sorprendio.
los pasillos un poco angostos y oscuros. pero la habitaciones a la calle nos gusto, estuvimos comodos. y calentitos. la atencion del personal es excelente. hasta se acuerdan los nombres.

Hotel correcto y tres estrellas en promedio.

Excelente ubicación. Las tres estrellas son en promedio: Hotel (instalaciones, colchón, tamaño de la habitación, etc.) : 1 estrella; Desayuno: 3 estrellas (buffet con variedad y buena calidad); Atención del personal: es lo mejor sin dudas (especialmente de Luis y Marcos) 5 estrellas (siempre predispuestos a solucionar todo y muy amables).
Estuvimos en una habitación standard trasera: Muy limpia y sin ruidos de la calle. (eventualmente sólo se escuchan gritos de huéspedes desubicados pero eso no es culpa del hotel)
Críticas para mejorar: Cuando el hotel está lleno, el agua de la ducha no sale caliente (apenas tibia). Tema wifi deberían mejorarlo (no llega a todos los sectores del hotel).
En resúmen: por relación precio/calidad/ubicación es muy recomendable. Volveríamos a este hotel.

personal excelente

la habitacinon superior da a la calle, sugiero piso alto por los ruidos de la calle en la noche. Comodo y familiar, el personal es servicial y las habitaciones cómodas con buen somier y limpias, muy importante. el desayuno fue mejor de lo que esperaba.

Hospedaje en Navidad

Nos hospedamos con mi pareja en este hotel el 23, 24 y 25/12. Lo bueno y lo malo del hotel son: lo malo es el mantenimiento a las habitaciones(nos tuvimos que cambiar porque había mucho olor en la primer habitación), no hay camas matrimoniales sino que juntan dos individuales y el tamaño de las mismas y lo bueno son: el servicio prestado por sus empleados.. muy atentos a cada solicitud del cliente. Muy Flexibles. En este sentido un 10. La ubicación, a 2 cuadras de la peatonal y la playa Bristol y el desayuno es muy completo. Volveríamos a ir.
