Recommended Zero Percent
You have to be very dishonest to sell yourself one thing and then it turns out to be something else. All 4 stars are painted. As soon as you arrive from a long trip you get charged for water, the gym is an insult. Then they cry that one prefers to sightsee outside. 90% of the services they promise, none works, such as the whirlpool tub. Microwave you have nowhere to plug in. Attention, that is, 10 points. Another thing, it is normal that works are done at night between 00 and 4 in the morning so as not to cut traffic with which it is difficult to sleep. This is how they care for tourism in capital city like the Trasandino Railway.

Cost benefits was good.- it is not 4 stars, it is a simple Apart with some limitations. The staff very respectful and willing to help in whatever you need. Good place , four blocks from Independence Square and the pedestrian.-

Quick cash and thieves
I honestly would not recommend it. I was charged as soon as I entered, after a 14-hour trip, rudely and quickly, when courtesy in other hotels allow you to do so at any other time. Moreover, almost everything they show on the internet is misleading.
To begin with, I was charged not only the dollar fee, which is understandable because I booked for a platform, but also the i.v.a., over the dollar fee, which seemed like a slop. Then the building is old and the photos are misleading. The pool area is small compared to the size of the hotel and poor breakfast. They offer you "extra" scrambled eggs. It's nowhere near a four-star, it's a real mockery. For that money, I'd have gone to a better hotel, had my money stolen, and I'm gonna report it. Thank you.
