incredible flexibility!! Made a mistake with the dates, realized that 1 hour later, no problem, was able to change the dates without penalty, a lot different than other hotels that just want to load you up with extra charges. Heads up for this place, just for that it deserves the praise!

Humiliating

⭐ Disappointing and Humiliating
I made the reservation through Despegar and it expressly indicated "breakfast included," just as the hotel's listing promoted it. Upon arrival, they informed us that the hotel did not offer breakfast. After complaining and showing the reservation, they handed us a small basket with cookies, tea, and coffee in a humiliating way, saying that we were entitled to a "dry" breakfast. We were on vacation, why do we have to go through this unpleasant moment!! A simple breakfast offered by the hotel in the listing...
The conditions offered at the time of booking were not respected. A disappointing experience and a situation that I am currently complaining about to Despegar, which is not taking responsibility, and to Consumer Protection.

The place was outdated. The safety box was broken and out of the wall. The shelving was falling apart. The shower wall was full of cracks that at least should have been filled.
The location was excellent.

Nice staff who helped book day trips.
Room clean, not fancy but completely adequate, and good value.
Great location near restaurants too.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that they had not received my reservation, and that they had no rooms available. I had to find another hotel, again.
