Expensive, but Worth Every Penny
An excellent hotel experience from beginning to end. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with high-quality towels, bed linen, amenities, furniture, and a large Smart TV. The view was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had excellent hot water.
The lobby and common areas are elegant, clean, and always smelled fresh. The staff provided impeccable service, and the breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options.
The location is also excellent, close to restaurants, cafés, bars, and many of Mendoza’s main attractions.
It is an expensive hotel, but the quality, comfort, service, and overall experience fully justify the price.

Sad!
I stayed in room 1011 for 5 nights and the Internet did not work under any circumstances, I complained several times, but until the end of my stay there was no solution.

Great choice.
Hotel of classic style and sophisticated atmosphere, with very beautiful and comfortable room, which quietly accommodated a couple and a child. Breakfast very good and full, with several options. The staff service was also great. Near various restaurants, easy walk away. We like it a lot.

Too many mistakes for a wedding night
We traveled from Europe and chose the Hotel Diplomatic to celebrate our wedding night. We booked a special package because we wanted to enjoy a quiet, relaxed, and worry-free night. However, upon arrival, we found that several of the benefits included in the reservation were missing: there was no complimentary sparkling wine or chocolates, and they also charged us for breakfast, even though it was included. When we made the complaint, they initially only served us one breakfast, even though the reservation was for two people. Finally, the hotel corrected part of the errors, refunded the cost of the breakfast, and gave us the bottle of sparkling wine, but everything happened only after several complaints. We appreciate that they resolved part of the situation, but we believe that in a five-star hotel, and especially when it comes to a wedding night package, these details should be resolved from the very first moment. Having to spend time making complaints and resolving issues meant that such a special occasion was not the experience we expected.

Great location, bathrooms need updating, common areas luxurious.
The common areas are gorgeous. The bathrooms are dated. The temperature of the showers will suddenly go from perfect to scalding hot, and if you adjust the handle by 1 degree, it will suddenly be freezing cold. Rest of the room was spacious with reasonable storage options. Breakfast was just OK. Yogurt was runny. Staff were very nice about accommodating all of us to watch the World Cup.
