We loved it!
Very nice stay, varied breakfast, perfect facilities! In the room we touched we could cook simple things and also used the quincho to make a roast!
The pool we loved, maybe very hot in the area of baths and changing rooms, we had to warm up to leave as we went in winter and had to cross the patio to get to the room.
It is close to the center that allows walking out.

They don't respect the price
On Monday afternoon, June 3, I requested a quote via WhatsApp for 4 nights for the beginning of July. Diego gives me a cash rate, he tells me that 30% is transferred and the remaining 70%, once I arrive. I remain to answer you. After 5 days (Saturday, June 8) I confirm that I am going.
A lady answered me on WhatsApp that Diego had made a mistake, and that it cost me 20% more. I was going to talk to him anyway to see what could be done. I highly doubt Diego's mistake. What they did was change the price, speculating that I was going to pay it without question. After taking all the time in the world to respond to me, even from one day to the next..., they tell me that they are giving me a 5% discount for the error but that I should transfer the total..., instead of 30%.
The truth is that it is not an economic issue that moves me to write this review.
It is the lack of professionalism, the bad temper, changing the rules of the game for 4 days in a country with a recession and in a hyper low season. I have family in Miramar and I travel between 3 and 4 times a year. I know countless hotels and apartments in this city. Nothing like this ever happened to me. They did not want to give me the name of the lady.
The most illogical thing about the supposed error..., is that with the new rate they gave me, they became the most expensive hotel they quoted me for those 4 days. The hotel is very nice, a little lacking in maintenance, I had already stayed there.
The attention, incompetence and speculation of the staff is alarming for an apartment, which is considered one of the best in this beautiful city!

Disappointment
The apartment is located 4 blocks from the beach. It has a nice garden and a nice outdoor pool and a small heated one. Breakfast consists of bills, ham, cheese, toast and fruit salad.
The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved and their ventilation could also be improved since they have a musty smell. The dishes in the apartments are in poor condition, they give you 4 glasses and 4 plates, all different and damaged.
The general attention of the people at the hotel is not very friendly.
Price quality ratio seemed bad to me.
It does not have a garage, there is only a lot in front of the hotel where few cars enter, the rest park on the street.

Lovely spot
We had travelled for 36 hours by the time we made it here and we were so happy to arrive. The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and the shower was AMAZING!!!! After such a long trip it was so nice to have a great hot shower. It's a really good location in town as well.

quality family time
We traveled here from New York City on a family trip, and were very impressed with this high quality casual hotel. The hotel is based around a courtyard, which allows a protected area for kids to play. The outdoor pool is very nice, with high quality lounge chairs. There is a nice indoor pool and spa area as well. A fence is placed around the pool every evening when it's closed. There is a nice restaurant on the premesis with indoor dining area and outdoor deck & umbrellas, coffee, and drinks- all can be charged to your room. A high quality Argentine breakfast spread with a lot of choices is included in the rate. Also included in the rate is an evening camp to entertain children while you go out for the night. The buildings are relatively new, and high quality, and the grounds are pretty and meticulously maintained. Air conditioning worked well.All rooms appear different. Our favorite room was on the corner of the building on the 2nd floor- a large hotel room with a delightful bay window overlooking the street view of the pretty stone houses that Miramar has.The hotel is about 4 blocks from the beach, and from the downtown pedestrian shopping area- making it a very easy walk anywhere you want to go.
The staff at the restaurant and front desk go above and beyond. We rented out the Quincho- a self run indoor BBQ room to have a big family dinner- and the restaurant staff outfitted the room with plates, glasses, silverware, etc for us without us asking. We got to know the friendly staff by name before the end of our trip. The hotel laundry service was also very convenient and priced competitively.
Miramar is known as a family resort. It is not a tropical beach, but is comparable to a northeast US beach. The services however are way more convenient. For a nominal cost you can rent a "carpa" (cabana tent) on the beach- which has good shade, chairs & tables, all cleaned and organized every morning- food and drink services are provided to all the carpas from attendants from restaurants located between every club. These carpa clubs, called balnearios, have pools, facilities, and playgrounds- everything you need. Located at the south end of the town is the Vivero, which is a wilderness dune area with horse rides, and beautiful coast line scenery- it is beautiful seen by bicycle, horse, etc. If you are considering a beach trip to Argentine, especially with family & kids, I highly recommend this hotel.
