Pamela was the kindest and sweetest host ! She outlier on a map all the must see attraction , the supermarket , the bus terminal or excursion meeting points and all the great restaurants Everyone at the hotel was so accomadating and our fridge was stocked with breakfast !

It was nice to have a stove and kitchen, but the room was not very nice. It was also right next to the street and walkway, on the same level. This hotel served its purpose and the staff was great, but probably wouldn't stay here again unless I was in a pinch.

Room clearness, staff, room design, kitchen of room were excellent. Everyday staff puts all breakfast essentials to refrigerator in the room.

Good location, staff, and stay

The location was close to the center of town. Lots of restaurants and shopping around. Could walk to the pier to catch my trip to Magdalena Island. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and receptive. It appears that the hotel was recently renovated. The rooms look fresh. Bedding and sleep quality were great. The kitchen was supplied with breakfast ingredients daily. Good views of the Magellan Strait from the hotel room.
