Pool NOT heated.

We have already stayed at this hotel twice. The quality of service from the teams that rotate shifts is different. Some of them leave something to be desired. The hotel is modern, it has impeccable linens. The garage with an elevator is not practical at all and the heated pool is impossible to use because the water is freezing. There were people at the front desk complaining about the same thing, impossible to fix according to what they told us since it works like that. It takes a while for the heating to start working. I do not recommend it.

Good staff but room design and soundproofing deficiencies affecting the experience

The staff is excellent and constitutes the main value of the hotel.
However, the overall experience is affected by deficiencies in the building design, with poor circulation and uncomfortable access to both parking and rooms.
The room was comfortable, clean and with a very good view; however, it presented a significant soundproofing problem due to an internal door connecting to the next room, which negatively impacts on the rest.
In short, the service is category-specific, but critical aspects that need improvement remain.

I expected more

The hotel is well located and new. The design is not functional, you have to change elevators to access the rooms, the passengers who access and withdraw must go through the breakfast room. The room was not well prepared. Attention from the staff somewhat cold, with the exception of the restaurant waiters who are very professional.
