Great hotel near the main party street (can get a bit noisy!)

Very friendly helpful reception, lovely modern hotel, excellent buffet breakfast, nice big room, comfy bed, check out the station opposite with some very photogenic rusty old trains!

Good hotel but VERY NOISY

Good hotel but VERY NOISY. It is a shame because the hotel itself is very good and the staff are attentive. There are two types of rooms, I stayed at the cheapest one which was very tiny but well-equipped. Bathroom is good, room has a king size bed, fridge, big TV, small safe. There is a terrace with a jacuzzi and pool table. Location is good, across the train station and around the corner from the busy restaurant street Balcarce. Two main disadvantages are: the breakfast time starts at 6.30am which is the same time all day tours pick you up from the hotel, so no time for breakfast. And the main reason why I would not go again is because the hotel is next to a dance club and not well isolated so it is very noise. Also, the rooms overlook an indoor patio and you can hear even when another room's door is opened.

Unfair billing for a simple towel

Warning: the slightest stain on a simple towel can be subject to excessive billing - never before. In addition, the price fluctuates from minute to minute. And obviously I was not an isolated case. Hotel to avoid as much as possible.

Lights and shadows

The hotel is very nice, well maintained, with practically new rooms. The staff is very kind and professional; the breakfast in the morning is very varied and of excellent quality and the room is very quiet. A free filtered water dispenser is available in the lobby, so it is safe to drink. Everything seems perfect, but ask that they give you a room that has no windows on the street: in fact, we who had it, were disturbed all night by the music of the discos there in the area and by the loud voices of people who left the premises at about 4 or 5 o'clock. Really annoying. The hotel should ask the City of Salta for an intervention.

Great solution to visit the surrounding places

Hotel about 1 km from the central square of Salta good accommodation, cozy furnished gusto.ottima breakfast, a / c, wifi.
Room 110 on the ground floor needs more maintenance as shown in the attached photo. However for the price it is a great solution
