Exceptional friendliness

My friends and I visited Salta as part of our mini Tour of South America in April.
We came to this Hostal and were very warmly received. The gentleman ( Gonzalo) who appeared to own the place was really friendly gave us plenty of advice on the local area, where to eat, what to do, what to avoid etc..
We had a whole room to ourselves ( 4 of us) which was comfy and homely.

Great staff and nice kitchen

Very friendly and helpful staff. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook for ourselves for a change. The hostel is just a 5-10 minute walk from the main square. Rooms were quite decent and clean. There’s also a nice little inner garden to enjoy living outside.

Amazing hostel in a great location

We stayed in a private double room in October. It has been one of our favourite hostels of our trip so far. Everything was very peaceful and clean whilst still being in a great location. The breakfast was fresh bread & cakes which were delicious. We also loved having fresh water onsite. Ignacio was SO helpful and friendly and really made our stay - so thank you! :) Salta itself is very pretty and the surrounding areas are amazing and definitely worth a tour!

Value

This is a very nice Hostal / Guesthouse (Not a hostel) Very good value. It is very nicely decorated. Good location, only four blocks to the main plaza.
The olnly problem is that many of the rooms are very close to the kitchen area, where some guests choose to sit and talk.

Hostal super agréable

Le propriétaire Gonzalo est de bon conseil , vigilant , mais pas trop présent.
On se sent "comme à la maison ".il est là quand il faut , mais vous laisse tranquille
De plus l'hostal est très bien situé .
