me gustó

me gustó un montón el lugar, medio lejos del centro y la comida maso también pero sacando eso es un lugar hermoso, buena atención, buen servicio de habitación, muy atentos los recepcionistas, la pileta muy buena también, ví la final del mundial ahí y no pensé que la iba a pasar tan bien, me gustó, lo recomiendo

Hotel Regina without hot water and full of cockroaches in the room. Toilets clogged.

Terrible place, rooms with dozens of cockroaches, no hot water, toilet overflowing with the waste of the previous guest. Far from the center. Hospital food, tasteless. Dry invoices from the previous day. We had a very bad time.

SANGRE Y TOALLAS AGUJEREADAS

Una decepción total. Llegamos a las 23 hs cansadas y nos encontramos con algo que no tenía nada que ver a las fotos que muestran. La falta de higiene era más que evidente. Las sabanas tenían manchas de sangre, los cubre camas también estaban sucios, todas las toallas con agujeros enormes, la cortina de la habitación caída, el agua para bañarse salia prácticamente fría y no llegaba el wifi a la habitación. Estuvimos 45 minutos, buscamos otro alojamiento y a las 12 de la noche nos fuimos a un apart hermoso y limpio por el mismo precio. No vayan, horrible experiencia.

Mal trato desayuno muy pobre las instalaciones son pobricimas lo único que vale la pena es la pileta el trato bastante prepotente nada me gustó y aparte muy lejos del centro

Solo MUY buena atención

Nos hospedamos 3 noches y lo único bueno a destacar es la EXCELENTE atención del personal, hacen lo mejor que pueden con lo que les dan.
Por empezar llegamos y la habitación estaba con MUCHO olor a insecticida, tuvimos q abrir las ventanas y aún así no se había ido. Cuando pregunté en recepción me dijeron q por norma de covid tenían que limpiar con amoniaco cada vez q se iba un huésped y lo entendí, hasta q vi a una empleada tirar raid sobre los sillones del salón con el mismo olor q había encontrado en la habitación. El hotel está muy poco mantenido, es muy antiguo, tiene grietas, humedad, techos rotos.
La ubicación si bien no es mala, está SÚPER lejos de la parte más linda de San Rafael.
El desayuno es bastante malo, son tostadas que en general están secas (sea la hora q sea) solo dan manteca para untar (considero que deberían dar queso) y te dan facturas que no son ricas y unos pancitos un poco duros también. El jugo que dan es concentrado y horrible, sin mencionar el yogurt que parece de plástico y MUY dulce.
Por último, la música en el jardín es casi insoportable ya que durante TODO el día sonaba un parlante que no te dejaba dormir siesta tranquilamente
Conclusión: de este hotel, me quedo con la amabilidad del personal y la buena onda ya que veníamos de Luna de miel y nos prepararon una hielera con una sidra y todo fue idea de ellos que, con lo poco q había, quisieron agasajarnos.
