Total Relaxation.

It is a very nice hotel, very complete, that has a spa. The room is super spacious and comfortable, with everything necessary. The breakfast is quite good; I would add some eggs. The spa is beautiful, with 3 jacuzzis, one outdoor and 2 indoor, in addition to a sauna and steam room. The service is great. I have to thank Mayra and Vanesa for helping me recover a little chain that I had lost. Definitely a place to recommend

Poor value for money

We stayed three nights in the month of July. The reality is that the value for money is not matched. The service they provide is not in line with the price we pay, as that price certainly corresponds to that of a higher category hotel. Firstly, the rooms lack maintenance and the cleanliness is poor. In our room there were ants and smell of sinkhole. Also, the flower in the bathroom shower was covered and the water came out everywhere. Breakfast was fine, but for the price paid they could offer better quality food and more healthy options. I stress that the coffee is served by a person from the hotel, as it is not self-service and it was unkind.

correct and well placed

the rooms are good, around a small swimming pool, but usable for those who wish. The welcome was a bit spartan, but we were still able to have what we wanted.

The rooms are fine, so is the breakfast. But a very loud music untill sunrise ( a disco? ) Prevented us sleeping all night. We were staying at the "second" hotel, put a house apart from the main reception.

Great expierence

La estadia en Al Sereno fue muy buena, los recepcionistas son muy amabales, las habitaciones muy comodas, y el desayuno muy completo. No tuvimos ningun problema. El Wi fi no llegaba a la habitacion
The stay in "Al Sereno" was really good, receptionists were very kind, the rooms so comfortable and the breakfast very complete. We did not have any trouble. WI FI signal did not arrive up to the room
